If you haven’t seen Pulp Fiction, you need to do so right away. There’s a reason this Quentin Tarantino movie was nominated for an incredible seven Oscar, and that’s because it’s pretty darn great. However, while we know there were a few issues with bullet holes, there was also another mistake in the movie that fans noticed.
However, if you look closely, you might notice a movie mistake in the scene where they give Mia an adrenaline shot. Before they do so, they mark her chest with a red dot. Yet, when the shot is administered, the red dot mysteriously disappears. Is this magic or a mistake? We wonder if this is because Tarantino himself was in the scene and so was trying to work on too many things at once? Keep it simple!
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire allowed us to see a new dimension of the Wizarding World. This movie took us below the Black Lake as Harry took part in the http://www.hookupdate.net/escort-index/thornton/ Triwizard Tournament. It is a firm favorite for many fans of the franchise, but there were a few mistakes that eagle-eyed Potterheads noticed along the way.
It is Harry’s resurfacing that really had fans scratching their heads. As he surfaces from the lake, Hermione wraps him in a white towel. That white towel that flits between both him and Hermione throughout the next few shots, and it seems as though it just can’t make up its mind. Who is supposed to be wearing the white towel? Where did the blue one come from? Are these magical towels?
The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (2003)
The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King was the third and final instalment of these mammoth movies. Does that make it the best? Um, we’ll let you guys decide. It’s always awkward when you spot the crew in the background of the finished cut.
However, it is even more awkward when you realize that these everyday people look even more out of place in Middle-Earth. Yes, even though The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King went home with an incredible 11 Academy Awards in its back pocket, they just couldn’t remind Dave from the costume department to move out of the way of the Orcs. The end result was this rather embarrassing still. Gosh Dave, move out of the way!
If Beale Street Could Talk (2018)
2018 saw a rise in romantic dramas, and If Beale Street Could Talk was one of them. This movie first made its debut at the Toronto Film Festival and was then nominated for plenty of awards, winning one Oscar in the process. Critics loved it and it received an impressive Metascore of 87!
If Beale Street Could Talk has gone down extremely well with those who have watched it, but there are others who have never heard of it or even seen it in theaters. This isn’t a blooper, as such, but it just goes to show that unless you have the marketing budget to promote a film, even Oscar-winning movies can bomb at the box office. It eventually went on to gross $20 million, which isn’t too bad.
The Usual Suspects (1995)
Released in 1995, The Usual Suspects was an instant hit with those at home. With an impressive cast and an even more impressive script, there was no denying that it was going to take home the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. If you haven’t watched it yet, we won’t give anything away, but all we will say is watch out for terrific performances from each of the cast members, including Kevin Spacey, Stephen Baldwin, and Benicio Del Toro.
